Mr. Marrelli is the principal of The Marrelli Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Marrelli acts as the chief financial officer to a number of issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and CSE, as well as non-listed companies, and as a director of select issuers.

Prior to joining the company, Harvey had international experience working with companies overseas in the areas of business processes and controls. Harvey is responsible for the overall compliance of internal control procedures within the company, as well as ensuring the successful completion of the company’s certification process on controls over financial reporting. He graduated from De La Salle University, Manilla, the Philippines, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Jennifer joined Marrelli in 2007 as an Accounting Specialist. In her current role as the Financial Controller, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, and some administrative management. Prior to joining Marrelli, Jennifer held a senior finance position working in the Philippines. Jennifer finished a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy at Colegio de San Juan de Letran in the Philippines. She then completed a Diploma with Honours for the program Accounting and Payroll Administrator at CDI/Everest College in Mississauga, Ontario, and gained a certificate at The Canadian Payroll Association as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner.

Nan Sheopaul is responsible for directing, reviewing, and co-ordinating all of the company’s bookkeeping functions. Nan has nearly twenty years of accounting experience. Nan completed her bookkeeping designation from Centennial College.

Robert Suttie has more than twenty years of experience, ten of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with the company. Robert specializes in management advisory services, accounting, and the financial disclosure needs of the group’s publicly traded client base. He is regularly involved in initial public offerings, business combinations, and asset carve-out and spin-out transactions. In addition to managing the group’s financial-statement team, Robert also serves as Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture exchanges, CSE, as well as non-listed companies. Robert leverages his skills and experience to become integral to the reporting issuers. Robert has a focus on building strong relationships with clients and on developing the skill set of the financial statement team.
