Monique Hutchins is the Managing Director of DSA Corporate Services Inc. and has over fifteen years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance, client relationship and marketing experience. Monique was previously the Director of Business Development & Marketing and Corporate Secretary at Independent Review Inc., the organization that runs Independent Review Committees that is a part of the governance structure of every investment fund in Ontario. She has previously held senior roles at Kingsdale Shareholder Services and Institutional Shareholder Services. Monique is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. Andrew Todd has over thirty years senior management and corporate secretarial experience in Canada and the UK, specifically in corporate business compliance, customer service and project management. He has focused on the areas of financial, commercial, real estate and research. Since 2005 Andrew has worked at DSA Corporate Services with Canadian mining exploration, high-tech, pharmaceutical and cannabis clients with worldwide operations. He has a bachelor of laws degree (LLB) from University College, London, England and a fellowship from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Andrew has in-depth understanding of corporate governance, compliance, ethical and corporate responsibility issues. Hugh Ferreira joined DSA in 2012 and manages DSA Filing Services Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of regulatory filings and continuous disclosure, serving a number of client companies publicly listed on stock exchanges across the globe, as well as non-listed companies. He has an excellent understanding of reporting systems, namely SEDAR, EDGAR, and SEDI, and has knowledge of securities laws. Filing projects that Hugh manages include prospectuses, rights offerings, exempt market offerings, annual financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis reports, and management proxy materials. Hugh advises clients on the timing and formatting of their News Releases, and ensures that all News Releases reach their target markets in Canada, the US, and globally. Andrew Newbury joined DSA Corporate Services in 2017 as Compliance Manager. Andrew has 10 years of administrative, financial, and operational experience at a variety of small businesses. He has served as Corporate Affairs Manager for a junior mineral exploration company , as a Logistics Manager for a mining exploration consulting firm, and as a Sales Administrator and Controller at a yacht dealership. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Robert Suttie has more than twenty years of experience, ten of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with the company. Robert specializes in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs of the group’s publicly traded client base. He is regularly involved in initial public offerings, business combinations and asset carve-out and spin-out transactions. In addition to managing the group’s financial-statement team, Robert also serves as Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture exchanges, CSE, as well as non-listed companies. Robert leverages his skills and experience to become integral to the reporting issuers. Natalia Correa joined MSSI in 2007. Natalia serves as the Cash Operation Manager at MSSI and is responsible for directing, reviewing and coordinating electronic cash payments for clients. She also provides operational support to the MSSI bookkeeping staff on an ad hoc basis to meet client needs. Prior to joining the company, Harvey had international experience working with companies overseas in the areas of business processes and controls. Harvey is responsible for the overall compliance of internal control procedures within the company, as well as ensuring the successful completion of the company’s certification process on controls over financial reporting. Saim Raffat is the Compliance Officer at MSSI having over 10 years of experience primarily at PwC within the areas of Risk Management and Compliance in both Canada and internationally. As part of his role, Saim is responsible for the overall compliance with all regulatory requirement which includes FINTRAC. Carmelo Marrelli, also known as Carm, is the principal of The Marrelli Group of Companies. Carm is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
